Avtar Singh Khanda, a self-styled chief of the banned Khalistan Liberation Force (KLF) and a close associate of arrested Amritpal Singh, died in Birmingham, UK. He died at the Sandwell hospital in Birmingham where he was hospitalised and put on life support after he was diagnosed with blood cancer on Wednesday.
