Karnataka govt rolls out five pre-poll guarantee schemes, with some tweaks

Ending speculation and uncertainty over the implementation of its five pre-poll guarantees, the Congress government on Friday came out with a timeline to execute the promises within this financial year itself, albeit with a few tweaks.
