In a significant step forward for India's space exploration efforts, ISRO is all set to launch its meteorological satellite, INSAT-3DS. The launch is scheduled to take place at 5:35 pm this Saturday from the Sriharikota spaceport. This marks the 16th mission for the Geosynchronous Satellite Launch Vehicle (GSLV F14) which aims to deploy the INSAT-3DS satellite into the Geosynchronous Transfer Orbit (GTO).
