After Delhi, Gurugram bans sale, use of firecrackers; pushes sale of green firecrackers

Instructions in the order regarding the use of green crackers on special occasions mentioned that such fireworks will only be allowed on the day of Diwali or any other festival like Gurupurva and the timing will be between 8 pm to 10 pm.
