On Wednesday, Anil Arora, father of Malaika and Amrita Arora, died by suicide by jumping from his Bandra home. Mumbai Police are investigating. Anil, a Punjabi Hindu from Fazilka, worked in the Merchant Navy. He separated from Joyce Polycarp when their daughters were young, deeply impacting them.

Actress Malaika Arora’s father Anil Arora on Wednesday died by suicide on Wednesday morning. However, some reports claim that it was an accident. Several reports stated that Anil Arora jumped off the third floor from his apartment building in Bandra, Mumbai at around 9.00 AM on Wednesday morning. Malaika’s former husband Arbaaz Khan was seen outside her apartment after the incident took place. The actress is on her way back to Mumbai from Pune.
