Deadpool & Wolverine, starring Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman, opened strongly in North America, earning over US $47 million on its first day, with expectations to surpass US $55 million by night. The film has also performed well in India, grossing Rs 21.5 crore on its first day and expected to cross Rs 50 crore over the weekend.
