Kangana Ranaut was scheduled to ignite the Ravan effigy during the Dussehra event. At Delhi's Lav Kush Ramleela on Dussehra, the Ravan effigy, intended for ignition by chief guest Kangana Ranaut, accidentally fell before the ceremony. It had to be re-erected before Ranaut shot a ceremonial arrow to set it ablaze. Watch.
