WTO meet: India, South Africa to block proposal led by China

India and South Africa oppose China's proposal for an investment facilitation agreement at the WTO. They reject the inclusion of decisions made outside the WTO framework, such as the Belt Road Initiative. The US, Sri Lanka, and Pakistan are yet to endorse the agreement.
