Luxury brands rent 600,000 square feet of space in 2023; highest leasing in six years

According to Bain & Co, India's luxury market is projected to reach $85-90 billion by 2030. This growth is driven by the increasing number of ultra-high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurship, a robust middle class, e-commerce penetration, and demand from tier-2 and tier-3 cities.
