Apple supplier Foxconn begins iPhone 15 production in India

Apple has commenced the production of its upcoming iPhone 15 in a Foxconn Technology Group plant in Sriperumbudur in Tamil Nadu. The company aims to diversify its manufacturing away from China and de-risk the supply chain for its most critical products amid the uncertainties brought by trade tensions between the US and China.
