Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky shared dramatic footage of the explosion, warning that Moscow is “not preparing for negotiations but for continued deception.” However, the Kremlin has dismissed the claims as a “provocation,” stating that Russia does not target Ukraine’s nuclear infrastructure.

The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) confirmed that its team at Chernobyl heard an explosion and saw a fire break out.

Fortunately, radiation levels reportedly remain stable.
