Anirban Banerjee, Political Analyst from West Bengal weighs in as TMC MP Mahua Moitra faced expulsion from Lok Sabha.

The Ethics Committee's report on the "cash-for-query" case recommended her removal.

Congress MP Manish Tewari questioned the Ethics Committee's process, emphasising the fundamental principle of natural justice.

The report accused Moitra of contempt, sharing her login, and recommended further investigation into a 'money trail' between her and Darshan Hiranandani.

The committee's decision awaits Lok Sabha voting.
