US Department Of Education Hits Michigan State University With Huge Fine

The U.S. Department of Education imposed a record $4.5 million fine on Michigan State University.

They claim the school failed to protect students from sexual abuse and ordered the university to make changes.

According to Reuters, two investigations were launched after Larry Nassar was accused of sexual abuse.

Nassar was sentenced in two different trials to 300 years in prison for abusing young female gymnasts.
