U.N. Chief Urges Maximum Restraint After Iran Downs U.S. Drone

According to a report by Reuters, on Thursday, a spokesman said that the United Nation's Secretary General, Antonio Guterres, is concerned about the Iranian shooting down of a United States' drone and urges all parties involved to exercise maximum restraint.
