Delhi's Khan Chacha owner Navneet Kalra arrested for black marketing and hoarding of oxygen concentrators

The Delhi Police had on Friday recovered 96 oxygen concentrators from Khan Market's popular restaurant Khan Chacha owned by Navneet Kalra.

The oxygen concentrators had been imported from China by a company. 

The recovery comes a day after the police arrested four people and seized 419 oxygen concentrators from another restaurant of the same owner.
