Enacting uniform civil laws Parliament's domain: SC

Disposing of a PIL filed by advocate Ashwini Upadhyay, the SC on Wednesday said it was within Parliament's exclusive domain to enact uniform marriage, divorce, adoption, and succession laws applicable to all religious communities.
