3 Covid deaths in Thane; 343 test positive across Maharashtra

Covid-19 claimed three lives in neighbouring Thane even as 343 people tested positive for the viral infection across Maharashtra, said the state Covid update on Friday. While zero Covid deaths were reported in February, the number of Covid-19 deaths in the state in March has now risen to 13.
