Aditya Prateek Singh Sisodia, known professionally as
Badshah, is an Indian rapper, singer, songwriter, music producer, actor, filmmaker, businessman and philanthropist. He is known for his Indian pop, hip-hop, rap, synthwave, underground rap, pop rap, hardcore rap and freestyle music. He has his songs in Hindi, English, Haryanvi and Punjabi. He is currently signed to Universal Music Group. In 2012 he released his independent Haryanvi song
Kar Gayi Chull, which was later adopted into the 2016 Bollywood movie,
Kapoor & Sons. His music has been featured in Bollywood soundtracks for films such as 2014 films
Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania and
Khoobsurat.
