The Samjhauta Express commonly called the Friendship Express, is a bi-weekly trainโ€”Wednesday and Sundayโ€”that runs between Delhi and Attari in India and Lahore in Pakistan. The word Samjhauta means "agreement", "accord" and "compromise" in both Hindi and Urdu.
