Comilla, officially spelled Cumilla, is the second largest in Chittagong division. It is the administrative centre of the Comilla District. The name Comilla was derived from Komolangko (āĻāĻŽāĻ˛āĻžāĻā§āĻ), meaning the pond of lotus.
