Viktor Sokolov (naval officer)

Viktor Nikolayevich Sokolov is an officer of the Russian Navy and commander of the Black Sea Fleet. He holds the rank of admiral. In February 2024, it was reported that Sokolov was dismissed as commander of the Black Sea Fleet, but this has not been confirmed officially.
