R. Sharath Jois

R. Sharath Jois was a teacher, practitioner and lineage holder (paramaguru) of Ashtanga Yoga, in the tradition of his grandfather K. Pattabhi Jois. He was the director of Sharath Yoga Center in Mysuru, India.
