Jason Palmer (politician)

Jason Michael Palmer is an American politician, entrepreneur, and impact investor. He is a candidate in the 2024 Democratic Party presidential primaries. On March 5, 2024, Palmer defeated incumbent president Joe Biden in the American Samoa Democratic presidential caucuses. His 11-vote victory marked the first time since the 1980 Democratic presidential primaries that a challenger to an incumbent president defeated that president in a contest where the president's name appeared on the ballot.
