Khag, Jammu and Kashmir

Khag is a Tehsil in central Kashmir's Beerwah sub-district. It is also a town, municipality, and block in the Budgam district in the Indian union territory of Jammu and Kashmir. Khag is located about 35 km west of Srinagar, the summer capital of the state and roughly 12 km from the sub-district headquarters in Beerwah. There are a total of 49 towns and villages in Khag Tehsil
