Boys & Girls Clubs of America Names Bill Rogers, Chairman & CEO of Truist, New Board of Governors Chair-Elect

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Boys & Girls Clubs of America is pleased to announce that its board of governors has voted to name long-time board member and supporter, William H. “Bill” Rogers Jr., as the nonprofit’s incoming board chair. Rogers, chairman and chief executive officer of Truist Financial Corporation, will take on the leadership role’s two-year term in January 2025, following the tenure of businessman and former Milwaukee County Executive, Chris Abele.
