Bombay HC: Kochhars' arrest by CBI was 'abuse of power'

Bombay HC held the arrests of Chanda Kochhar and Deepak Kochhar by CBI in an alleged corruption case were illegal and an abuse of power. The arrests were related to a high-value loan given by ICICI Bank to the Videocon group. Interim bail was granted.
