Labour: Govt cuts mean more delays to come at Port of Dover

Labour's Lucy Powell comments on the recent backlogs at the Port of Dover saying "we have seen cuts to the border force, the passport offices checking passports and so therefore we are going to see some more delays".

The Shadow Culture Secretary adds that the problems should have been "foreseen" by the Government which is responsible for providing "adequate resources and adequate capacity".
