Dawn school start draws outcry in Indonesia

The local government of an Indonesian province has come under fire in some quarters for introducing a new experiment requiring students to start classes at the crack of dawn.

The pilot project is taking place at 10 high schools in Kupang, the capital of East Nusa Tenggara province.
