Newport deaths: vigil held in memory of crash victims

A vigil was held last night to remember the three people who lost their lives in a car crash in south Wales.

Hundreds of people turned up in St Mellons to honour Eve Smith, Rafel Jeanne and Darcy Ross, releasing balloons and setting off fireworks.

The bodies were found in the early hours of Monday morning, after they were last seen around 2am Saturday.

Two survivors remain in a critical condition.
