Sturgeon: Trans women treated differently in prison system
Scottish First Minister conceded that transgender women are treated differently in the prison system.
When asked if it is different for trans women as to which prison they will be house in, Nicola Sturgeon replies "Well, yes".
This comes as Scotland says there will be a "pause" on transgender prisoners with a history of violence against women being placed in their female jails.
