Sunak doubles down on not knowing about Zahawi's tax scandal
The prime minister reiterates that "no issues were raised with me" ahead of Nadhim Zahawi's appointment as Conservative Party Chairman.
Rishi Sunak chaired a Cabinet away day at Chequers on Thursday and was keen to shift the conversation away from the former Chancellor's taxes, and onto his "five priorities", saying "that's what we're discussing today".
