Conservative MP tells Nadhim Zahawi to 'step aside'

A former Conservative Cabinet minister says Nadhim Zahawi should step aside as Tory Party Chairman whilst an investigation is held into his tax affairs.

Caroline Noakes says the attention surrounding the former Chancellor is "distracting the government" from other matters, such as the cost-of-living crisis.
