Sunak: Two-thirds of levelling up fund to be spent in North
Rishi Sunak says that two-thirds of the £4billion levelling up fund is going to the "most deprived parts of our country".
During a visit to Accrington in Lancashire, the prime minister insists that "the region that has done the best in the amount of funding per person is the North".
