Health Secretary: We have listened to the trade unions

Steve Barclay says that he had a "productive discussion" with the trade union yesterday, adding "we listened to the trade unions in terms of their concerns".

The health secretary explains that the key focus of the meeting was to look at next year's financial review body, which begins in April.
