Health Secretary Steve Barclay, Chief Medical Officer for England Professor Chris Whitty, and Minister for Social Care Helen Whately arrive at 10 Downing Street for an NHS Recovery Forum.

The forum has been called by Prime Minister Rishi Sunak in an attempt to reverse Britain’s winter healthcare crisis.
