Transport secretary urges rail unions to 'keep talking'

Transport Secretary Mark Harper urges rail unions to "keep talking" with train operators and "call off" strikes planned for over Christmas.

Speaking to MPs at the Transport Committee, Mr Harper says union leaders should "put those deals to their members with at least a neutral recommendation".
