Gordon Brown: Labour will bring power to whole country

Gordon Brown says the current govermment is "out of its depth" and "out of touch" with the country's local needs.

The former Prime Minister says Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer's plans for a "new Britain" will bring the "biggest shift of power out of Westminster and Whitehall that we have seen" and that it will create a "mission statement for the United Kingdom".
