Health Secretary implies NHS could get more funding

Health Secretary Steve Barclay says he understands the NHS "needs support to meet…inflationary pressures".

Speaking at an NHS Providers conference in Liverpool, the health secretary gave his biggest hint yet that the NHS could be given more funding in the chancellor's autumn statement this week.
