Putin to illegally annex 4 occupied Ukrainian regions

This morning, government officials say Russian President Vladimir Putin will officially annex four occupied regions of Ukraine, totaling 15 percent of Ukraine's territory, at a formal signing ceremony behind the walls of the Kremlin.

Russia, stoking fears of even more escalation, warned that an attack on the occupied areas would be an attack on Russia.
