Jeers as Jacob Rees-Mogg fumbles in fracking debate

Jacob Rees-Mogg's House of Commons statement on the lifting of the fracking ban got off to a shaky start on Thursday, with the Business Secretary struggling find his page.

Opposition MPs jeered as the frontbencher tried to get to grips with his papers and the Speaker even suggested bringing him in a fresh copy.
