Minister denies govt tax plan is 'trickle-down economics'

Foreign Office minister Gillian Keegan denies that the government's policy of cutting taxes to try to boost growth can be defined as "trickle-down economics".

This follows a tweet by US President Joe Biden which was taken by some as a direct criticism of the UK Government's fiscal policy.
