Protesters take to the beaches against sewage releases
Protesters against the release of raw sewage into the sea have taken to the beaches, with campaigners in St Leonards on Sea accusing their local water company of putting profit before people.
Surprisingly, local Conservative MP Sally-Ann Hart also attended the demonstration, despite voting against a Lords amendment which proposed companies reduce the harms caused by sewage releases.
