In a major development ahead of the floor test, the Bihar Assembly speaker Vijay Kumar submitted his resignation on Wednesday, just a day after he refused to do so.

Earlier this morning, CBI conducted raids at the residences of leaders of the Rashtriya Janata Dal in the land scam case ahead of the floor test.
