Rail strikes: Labour accuses Shapps of ‘increasing division’
The Chair of the Labour Party has criticised the UK Government’s handling of industrial action by rail workers in England, saying that they have “not been dealing with the reasons behind” the action.
Anneliese Dodds compared the situation to that of Wales, saying that the governing Labour Party there “has made sure that the unions and the employers have sat down” to “get negotiations agreed”.
