Police discover 27 passengers inside small autorickshaw stopped for speeding

Police in India were shocked after pulling over an autorickshaw containing 27 passengers.

The incident which took place in the northern state of Uttar Pradesh conjures images of a clown car, as the rickshaw, meant to carry 4 to 5 people sped along carrying over 5 times as many.
