'We are coming': New Lib Dem MP issues stark warning for Tories
The newest Liberal Democrat MP has said his victory in the Tiverton and Honiton by-election shows that Boris Johnson must resign, as he called on the PM's allies to stop "propping up this failing prime minister".
Richard Foord warned: "The Liberal Democrats are coming.
