Stephen Port: Met Police ‘failings’ to be probed again

For years the families of Stephen Port’s victims have demanded the Metropolitan Police be held to account.

Last year an inquest found the force “probably contributed” to the deaths of Port’s last three victims - but none of the 17 officers involved faced disciplinary action.
