Raab: PM didn't 'intentionally' break lockdown rules

Deputy Prime Minister Dominic Raab insists Boris Johnson didn't "intentionally" break lockdown rules by attending a birthday gathering organised on his behalf.

He adds that the PM respects Lord Geidt's letter calling for further explanation as to how he did not breach the ministerial code.
