NPR reports Martin Shkreli, the pharmaceutical executive who once raised the price of a life-saving drug by 5,000%, is now out of prison.

Shkreli will reportedly transfer to community confinement.

Known as the "pharma bro," Shkreli is expected to be released from the Bureau of Prisons by September 14.

Sharing a selfie in a recent Facebook post, Shkreli wrote.

Shkreli was found guilty on two counts of securities fraud and another count of conspiracy to commit securities fraud in 2017.

A federal judge ruled Shkreli must forfeit all capital gained from his fraud scheme.

In January, a U.S. District Judge forced Shkreli to repay the $64.6 million he received from hiking the price of Daraprim.

Shkreli has been banned from the pharmaceutical industry indefinitely
