PM: Northern Ireland Protocol - Let's fix it, not nix it

Prime Minister Boris Johnson claims there are "good, common sense" solutions to issues posed by the Northern Ireland Protocol and that he wants to work with "our EU friends" to "fix it, not nix it".

He says the "higher duty" of the UK government in international law is to the Good Friday Agreement and, to that end, changes to the Protocol are a "necessity".
